We’re hiring on behalf of a top-performing, independent investment management firm to find a talented Investment Analyst to join their high-performing Specialist Investment Team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to accelerate your investment career in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

You’ll join a close-knit team managing strategies across Sustainable Energy, Global Energy, Smart Transportation and other.

Duties include:

• Macro research and deep-dive company analysis across conventional (oil & gas) and sustainable energy sectors
• Portfolio construction and active contribution to investment decisions
• Internal & external communications, including investor updates and engagement
• Supporting fund reporting and ESG-related activities

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in investment analysis, finance, or related fields
• Strong numerical, analytical, and research skills
• High levels of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and self-awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team setting
• Experience in the energy sector
• Interest in pursuing the CFA (support provided)
