Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading property developer in London to recruit a finance-focused analyst. The role splits 50/50 between development appraisals for schemes typically valued above £150m and valuations, quarterly reporting and investment templates, with structured training provided from day one.

You will build cashflow models, track tax positions, and support the team with a pathway into a dedicated investment analyst role within the next 12 months, gaining

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience building financial models.
Exposure to development appraisals preferred but training will be provided.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Smartsheets are desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare development appraisals for schemes typically exceeding £150 million.
Build and maintain cash flow models to support development decisions.
Support the valuations process with training and guidance from the team.
Maintain Smartsheets for project tracking and reporting cycles.
Contribute to quarterly reporting and investment templates.
Track tax positions across projects and help ensure compliance.
