Nous recrutons un Analyste ou un Junior Associate disposant d'une expertise solide en M&A ou investissement dans les secteurs de l'infrastructure et de l'énergie. Ce rôle vous permettra de travailler sur des transactions stratégiques aux côtés d'une équipe expérimentée dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

• Expérience en M&A ou investissement dans l'infrastructure/énergie.
• Connaissance du secteur privé equity.
• Antécédents en Banque d'investissement ou consulting Big 4 sont souhaités.

Responsibilities

• Faire partie d'une équipe d'investissement pour le secteur des infrastructures.
• Participer à des analyses de marché et d'évaluation d'investissements.
• Travailler sur des transactions M&A.

Job Description:

We are partnered with a leading Infrastructure investor who is looking to expand their London-based investment team.

The fund has a strong track record of investing in major Infrastructure & Energy verticals across Europe, is well-capitalized after a recent fundraise, and is now seeking to grow their team.

The team is hiring at either the Analyst or Junior Associate level. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A or Investment experience within Infrastructure and/or Energy sectors.

Relevant backgrounds include Investment Banking, Big 4 consulting, Corporate Development, or Private Equity.
