Our Client:

Mackie Myers have partnered with a leading provider of donor-advised funds in the UK and globally. They support high-net worth individuals and advisors in achieving effective and tax-efficient charitable giving.

The Role:

As Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of investment activities.

  • Process investments, reconciliations, and contributions
  • Maintain accurate records and execute daily transactions
  • Conduct compliance and KYC procedures
  • Serve as subject matter expert on investment activity
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams

Main Duties:

You’ll manage a wide range of operations tasks related to donor-advised funds:

  • Open accounts and process contributions, trades, and money movements
  • Perform daily reconciliations and update investment valuations
  • Document and monitor compliance and operating procedures
  • Prepare quarterly statements and support fee collection
  • Contribute to process improvement and strategic projects
