Tribu Search is delighted to be recruiting for an Investment Analyst for a leading diversified real estate company investing in both debt and equity across the UK, Europe, and the US. Their ability to provide creative solutions to clients, partners, and investors has received recognition across the industry.

As a result of impressive growth in their Pan-European Equity Investment business, they are now looking to hire an Analyst for their dedicated London team.

You will be responsible for the timely production of accurate financial modelling and investment analysis of Pan-European real estate investment opportunities, primarily in the office, logistics/industrial, and residential sectors, for review by the Principals.

You will support the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, including market research and the preparation of investment proposals.

The ideal candidate will be academically outstanding, with 1-2 years of experience in real estate principal investment, investment banking, advisory, or as a newly qualified ACA with relevant commercial experience.

Required skills include advanced financial modelling, property valuation/underwriting, presentation preparation, research, and coordination of due diligence.
