Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to join them as they enjoy an exciting period of growth.

The role will involve:

• Working alongside senior team members to originate, negotiate, structure and execute investment transactions and deliver corporate finance advice
• Evaluation of investment opportunities including market analysis, competitor reviews, preparation of cash flow and other financial models
• Preparation of memoranda, auxiliary analysis and documentation to support the investment decision
• Analysis and reporting on financial statements
• Contributing to investment discussions/strategy and developing content for strategic meetings with clients
• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and potential clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience of working in asset management, investment banking, or transaction services
• An excellent academic record – graduate or above
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, CIMA, MBA)
• Ability to assess financial performance and valuation
• Ability to prepare written analysis efficiently
• Comfortable working flexibly in a small team in a high pressure, fast-moving environment
• Strong professional, interpersonal skills to deal with management, advisers, and investors
• High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
• Entrepreneurial outlook, with the ambition to be an important part of the business for the long term
