Our client — a well-established mid-market private equity fund — is looking for a talented and driven Analyst to join their London-based deal team.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting one of the fund’s portfolio companies, while also playing an active role in new investment opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity to learn directly from experienced investors and contribute to both value creation and deal execution from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
  • Support strategic and operational initiatives for a portfolio company, working closely with management teams.
  • Prepare investment memos and materials for internal committees and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and assist with value creation planning.
  • Collaborate with advisors, industry experts, and internal team members during deal processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of company valuation and deal mechanics.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) is mandatory.
