Client

They are a specialist real estate investor and developer who transform underutilised buildings to deliver long-term value for investors, tenants, and the communities.

They like people who enjoy solving complex problems, exploring investment opportunities, and reading up on ideas that challenge convention.

This role is based in Birmingham office, with expensed travel to London required as and when.

What You’ll Do

You will play a critical part in analysing new and existing opportunities, delivering actionable insights, and helping drive informed investment decisions. Your work will influence deal execution, asset repositioning strategies, and long-term portfolio growth

You’ll work closely with the Investment and Asset Management teams on:

• Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, IRR, NPV)
• Market research and deal execution
• Asset management and leasing strategy
• Data analysis of tenant metrics, footfall, sales, demographics
• Producing dashboards and insights for real-time decision making
• Supporting investor reporting, fundraising, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative field
• Experience in investment banking, private equity or the real estate sector is advantageous if you're an early career candidate

Package

• £50,000 - £75,000 DOE
• Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
