Mulberry Recruitment Ltd in Godalming is seeking an Investment Administrator to join a growing financial services team. You will support the investment and sales teams, preparing reports, letters and client documentation with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, Investments, Pensions, or Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proficient in Word and basic Excel.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing the client review process, including preparing spreadsheets, reports and supporting documentation.
• Preparing and typing professional client letters and reports.
• Obtaining new business illustrations for Investment and Pension Consultants.
• Processing new business applications and checking documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
• Supporting ongoing research into suitable investment funds.
• Ensuring all administration is completed efficiently and to the firm's high standards of accuracy and file quality.
• Providing excellent client service and helping to ensure a positive client experience at every stage.
• Working in line with the firm's regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the wider team with additional administrative duties as required.
