Front Row Recruitment is seeking a candidate to join a leading Independent Investment Manager in a supportive role. You will assist Investment Managers with a wide range of administrative and client-driven activities to maintain portfolios and client relationships.

The role focuses on portfolio management support, account administration, data entry, due diligence, and contributing to investment strategy, with an emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Investment/Financial services sector (not retail banking).
• Outstanding communication and administration skills.
• Keen eye for detail and strong problem solving, prioritising and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Managers with portfolio management for discretionary and advisory clients.
• Open and maintain client accounts and perform data entry tasks.
• Maintain due diligence documentation and monitor investment funds.
• Assist in construction and maintenance of Investment models.
• Ensure portfolios align with client goals and risk attitude; support strategy development.

Due to continued growth my client, a leading Independent Investment Manager, currently seek a talented candidate to join their friendly team. The role will involve supporting Investment Managers (IM's) with a wide range of administrative and client driven activities - duties will include:

• Assisting IM's with portfolio management for a range of discretionary and advisory clients
• Opening and maintenance of client accounts
• General administration and data entry duties
• Maintenance of due diligence documentation
• Performing trades
• Monitoring progress of investment funds
• Assist with the construction and maintenance of Investment models
• Ensuring clients portfolios are aligned with their goals and attitude to risk
• Actively assisting with the development of Investment strategy

Applicants must possess previous support experience from the Investment / Financial services sector (NOT retail banking).You must possess outstanding communication and administration skills along with a keen eye for detail and strong problem solving, prioritising and organisational ability.
