The Investigator, Ethics and Business Integrity, North America, conducts comprehensive and objective internal Compliance investigations within the NA Ethics & Business Integrity team. This role collaborates with various departments to investigate and remediate concerns, analyze and communicate results, and develop risk mitigation plans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document internal Compliance investigations
• Prepare clear reports and summaries
• Assist with triaging concerns
• Prioritize investigations and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze outcomes, identify themes, and coordinate remediation
• Communicate results to executives
• Collaborate to improve Sanofi’s compliance program
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion

About you:

• Proven experience in healthcare compliance, bribery, corruption, fraud, or white-collar investigations
• Experience with incident management, e-Discovery, data analytics, forensic tools
• Ability to manage change in a large organization
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in life sciences/pharmaceuticals/healthcare
• Excellent communication skills
