Are you tech-savvy with an interest in combating counterfeit activities online? DEC, a leading global expert in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, is expanding its team and are seeking a dedicated Online Investigatorto play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of global brands.
About Us:
DEC is at the forefront of the fight against counterfeiting, employing innovative solutions to protect brands across various industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Investigatorto join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online investigations to identify and track counterfeit activities
- Collaborate with the team to gather intelligence and evidence
- Utilise IT skills to navigate online platforms and databases
- Monitor e-commerce sites, social media, and other online channels
- Compile comprehensive reports on investigative findings
- Liaise with legal and enforcement authorities as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in online investigations (preferred)
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with online platforms
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Remote and flexible working arrangements (32 hours / 4 day working week)
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in brand protection
- Competitive salary (£24,000 - £25,000 per annum) with discretionary bonus awards
