Job description

Hour: Full Time, Part Time or Casual

Do you have experience of carrying out investigations such as disciplinaries, grievances or complaints?

We have a great opportunity to join our Investigation team, working on a full time, part time or casual hour’s basis, to meet the demands of our growing service.

Prioritising and managing a varied portfolio of cases ranging from complaints through to grievance and disciplinaries, you will build effective relationships with a range of customers and use your mediation skills to deal confidently with difficult and sometimes sensitive situations.

In addition to your excellent spoken and written communication skills, you will also need a relevant professional qualification or the ability to demonstrate your relevant extended experience that allows you to carry out the full range of duties.
