Job description

A professional regulatory body are seeking an interim Investigation and Enforcement Officer for a 6-month contract.

You will be responsible for assessing and investigating allegations of professional misconduct, conducting legal research, preparing investigation reports and hearing bundles and draft witness statements. You will manage your own caseload and when appropriate, will represent and advocate on behalf of the organisation before relevant panels.

To be considered, you should have a legal qualification and/or comparable experience of working in a legal role or experience within professional regulation and/or disciplinary proceedings.

On offer is an hourly rate of £18.97 + £2.29/h holiday (PAYE) or £25.20 (Umbrella). This role is a remote working position with occasional travel for office wide events/meetings.
