Job Role: Investigating Officer Nurse

Working Hours: 9-5

Responsibilities: To undertake complaints and PALS investigations for the Adult mental health and Learning disability division in Waltham Forest. Liaising with the complaints department and the services in fact finding and completing thorough investigations into complaints, writing outcome reports, and response letters to complainants.

Skills/Experience Required: Experience of working within the NHS in a clinical capacity at band 7.
