Job summary

Recruit Therapists Limited has an exciting Podiatrist role in Inverness, offering a structured MSK development pathway within a private clinic. You will work with an experienced MSK and Foot & Ankle Specialist, gradually gaining exposure to advanced diagnostics and rehabilitation.

The position is full-time and permanent, with a clear progression route toward Senior Practitioner status, mentoring, and funded CPD.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered or eligible for HCPC registration
• Two years' post-registration experience
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Strong clinical foundations
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development
• Friendly, collaborative approach
• Experience or interest in MSK or Sports Podiatry (nice-to-have)
• Interest in biomechanics, gait analysis, or advanced imaging (optional)

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private Podiatry caseload
• General podiatry, nail and skin care
• Verruca and ingrowing toenail management
• Nail surgery
• Foot and ankle pain and MSK presentations
• Biomechanics and gait assessment
• Orthotic assessment and prescription
• Foot and ankle rehabilitation and Shockwave Therapy
• Mentoring and progression opportunities with advanced practice focus
