Job summary

Glassworks London is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Operative at our London warehouse. You will support day-to-day warehouse and inventory workload, reporting to the Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager.

This is a full-time, hands-on role handling stock receipt, stock accuracy, store transfers and other warehouse activity. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse operations, be practical and reliable, able to use scanners and inventory systems, and comfortable with physical

Qualifications

• We require warehouse, stockroom, inventory, logistics or operations experience.
• Experience receiving and checking stock.
• Accuracy with quantities, locations and stock movements.
• Familiarity with scanners and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries and check quantities, condition and paperwork.
• Escalate discrepancies clearly and promptly.
• Carry out QC, preparation and polybagging as required.
• Put stock away accurately and maintain organisation.
• Use scanners, spreadsheets and inventory systems accurately.
• Participate in stocktakes, recounts and stock location checks.
• Support stock accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy investigation.
• Pick store orders and prepare warehouse-to-store transfers.
