Job summary

Peak Scientific is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient processing of materials in a fast-paced facility in Westford, MA. You will perform daily warehouse tasks, verify shipments, and maintain ERP/CRM records to support on-time delivery and safe storage of products.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse equipment, and a commitment to safety. Onsite, with normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of fundamental inventory practices and processes.
• Exposure to data entry and core ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience using warehouse equipment (pallet jack, dollies, fork truck, etc.).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with strong prioritization abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments arrive on time and update ERP/CRM with tracking numbers.
• Coordinate with service schedulers on shipment needs and deadlines.
• Participate in day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and order processing.
• Unload deliveries, verify accuracy, record damages, and receive goods into stock in ERP/CRM.
• Assemble service kits and complete production orders for service/spare parts.
• Maintain records of shipments in ERP/CRM and manage stock counts.
• Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Undertake regular stock counts and checks as directed.
• Handle loading/unloading of deliveries and stock movements manually or with forklift.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
