Job Opportunity: Inventory Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a leading Fine Art logistics company. We are looking for a detail-driven Inventory Supervisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stock control, cycle counting, and ERP systems, and will thrive in a hands-on, autonomous warehouse environment.

Position Details
  • Job Title: Inventory Supervisor
  • Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexible working times
  • Location: Wimbledon
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the daily perpetual cycle counting process, ensuring accurate counts in all storage locations at least once every 12 months.
  2. Conduct stock control duties and investigations, providing clear and timely reports.
  3. Utilize ERP systems to interrogate and manage inventory data.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams, client managers, and leadership.
  5. Support inventory KPI reporting and uphold high standards of warehouse care and cleanliness.
  6. Handle, move, pack, and unpack a variety of objects, ensuring all items meet industry standards.
  7. Proven experience in stock control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
  8. Self-motivated and proactive, confident working independently.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  10. Experience with ERP, warehouse, or inventory management systems (Moveware preferred).
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering, and sorting).
  12. Physically capable of handling objects of various sizes, weights, and fragility levels.
  13. Excellent communication skills across departments and at all business levels.
