Hours: Monday to Friday (1 day Working from home)

Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 Per Annum PLUS Company Car including BONUS!

Our long-standing client has been established for more than 40 years and, due to internal promotions within the Stock Control Team, they are seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Inventory Stock Manager to join the Stock Control Team and be responsible for the operation of stock control as an Inventory Stock Manager. You will need to have an upbeat and confident character, who can manage working under pressure and have excellent time management & accountability skills with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all areas of the company's stock control inbound.
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers and, in return, manage stock levels accordingly as an Inventory Stock Manager.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from various departments and backgrounds; therefore ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
  • Work to SLAs and deadlines efficiently and accurately within a timely manner.
  • Produce and provide data reporting with a solution-based approach.
  • Manage and maintain costs on inbound transport delivery.
  • Maintain accurate data regarding supplier and other information.
  • Work with several internal departments such as Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and stock control department.
  • Provide additional support to the senior leadership as and when required.
  • Work on own initiative as well as act as a key team player and support the wider stock control team proactively.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities common to the role.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Manager, Stock Control Manager or Supply Chain Leadership experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to implement new ideas and processes as an Inventory Stock Manager.
  • An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly proactive attitude.
  • Excellent level of MS Office skills including Excel.
