Job summary

Omega Plc in Gloucestershire is seeking a Store person to join a busy engineering warehouse. The successful candidate will support the warehouse team with goods in and out, picking customer orders, packing securely and labeling packages for shipping.

Responsibilities include organising stock, counting stock, keeping paperwork up to date, checking for damaged items, and ensuring health and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Previous stores/warehouse experience required.
• Ability to pick customer orders, pack securely and label for shipping.
• Good in/out goods understanding and stock organisation.

• Store goods appropriately
• Carry out stock counts as and when required
• Keep paperwork up to date
• Ability to work 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday
• Previous stores/ warehouse experience
• Counterbalance license is desirable
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items
• An understanding of health and safety requirements
• Flexible approach to duties and tasks
