Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Controller & Production Scheduler to manage inventory performance and production planning across the Compounding Manufacturing value stream.

You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Customer Service and Finance to ensure materials are available when needed and customer commitments are met. The role includes driving inventory accuracy, developing production schedules, and supporting the SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to create and optimise production schedules.
• Strong SAP knowledge including planning, inventory management and MRP.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to support production requirements and customer demand.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for the Compounding Manufacturing operation.
• Translate customer demand into achievable manufacturing plans and balance material availability.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply or scheduling risks and drive continuous improvement.
