  • Inventory Planning: Developing and implementing inventory plans, including determining optimal stock levels and ordering parameters.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers through the supply chain team to ensure the timely delivery of materials & products. Leveraging supplier stock levels to improve parts availability whilst limiting stock levels & associated cash impacts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking inventory turnover rates, scrutiny on associated targets set with our warehouse partner and associated functions. Ensuring all metrics are clearly displayed and shared with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Be highly organised with good administrative skills, have good attention to detail and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for?

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, communication to wider stakeholders and the ability to make data driven decisions.
  • Have excellent IT skills and can use a range of tools to capture & analyse data. Can use AI where possible to increase speed & efficiency.
  • Ability to identify and resolve inventory related issues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including spares team, supply chain team, warehouse & logistics teams, and wider warehouse partner.
  • Experience & knowledge of inventory management systems & tools and associated ERP and WMS software.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Be highly organised with good administrative skills, have good attention to detail and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally, including overseas.

Why join us?

  • Be part of a global leader in marine innovation and sustainability.
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to shaping a cleaner, more efficient future for the maritime industry.
