About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring on-time product availability, and supporting the company’s growth through effective vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled in managing both domestic and international vendor relationships, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory planning and replenishment for assigned vendors with accurate lead time
  • Communicate daily with domestic and international vendors regarding purchase orders, lead times, and production schedules.
  • Forecast demand and adjust inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Place and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
  • Collect PO related documents and AP invoices from vendors and arrange payments.
  • Partner with logistics teams to coordinate inbound shipments, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and operations teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Supply Management Team Leader on inventory status, vendor performance, and open issues.
  • Support the Supply Management Team Leader in strategic initiatives by delivering accurate data and actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or purchasing
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Required: English Speaking
  • Required: Work onsite 5 days a week in North Wales, Pennsylvania
  • Required: 8am-5pm / M-F
