The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

As the Inventory Partnerships Manager, you will own and expand strategic supply relationships across SSPs, media owners, exchanges, and private marketplace partners in Spain. You will cultivate new revenue streams, secure high-impact partnerships, and increase market share by ensuring StackAdapt has access to premium, differentiated programmatic inventory across formats, channels, and platforms.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, using market insight, advanced analysis, and close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify ambiguous supply opportunities, shape partner strategy, and translate business needs into scalable commercial outcomes.

While we're a remote first business we're prioritising candidates based in London/UK.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work from our vibrant London hub near Liverpool Street, giving you the best of remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, energy, and connection when it matters.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and grow senior relationships with strategic publishers, SSPs, exchanges, media owners, and private marketplace partners across EMEA (Spain)
  • Identify and prioritize emerging inventory opportunities using market analysis, revenue potential, client demand, and product readiness
  • Develop and sequence comprehensive inventory partnership strategies that unlock new revenue streams, increase market share, and support regional growth targets
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial solutions, including exclusive inventory access, pricing, deal structures, and joint go-to-market opportunities
  • Synthesize partner, client, sales, and product requirements, including competing or ambiguous inputs, into clear recommendations and action plans
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and industry contacts to launch campaigns, joint ventures, and partner-led growth initiatives
  • Monitor partner performance, delivery, and revenue impact, proactively resolving complex campaign, technical, or commercial issues for high-value clients
  • Stay current on ad formats, channels, platforms, tools, regulations, privacy requirements, ad verification, and broader ad tech trends to inform partnership strategy
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert and force multiplier by sharing best practices, maintaining partner collateral and technical resources, and mentoring peers on inventory partnership excellence

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, inventory development, or another partner-facing commercial role within digital advertising or ad tech
  • Proven track record of cultivating strategic partnerships, opening new revenue streams, and increasing revenue or market share across multiple EMEA markets
  • Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, private marketplaces, publishers, media owners, and regulatory considerations
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using market sizing, sales analytics, partner performance data, and strategic planning methods to inform commercial decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, navigate complex negotiations, and articulate partnership strategy clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a high-performance culture while balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
