Inventory Operations Lead | Luxury Goods | Hybrid | White City | £55k

Zachary Daniels is supporting a well-recognized global lifestyle brand known for high-quality, creatively designed products. We are seeking an Inventory Operations Lead to oversee stock accuracy, streamline processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations. The role is based in the Head Office, working closely with the 3PL warehouse, in-house warehouse, sales, and finance teams, reporting directly to the Head of Logistics.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate inventory across warehouses and systems
  • Lead cycle counts, audits, and investigate discrepancies
  • Streamline inventory workflows and enhance controls
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and support cross-team collaboration
  • Manage intercompany stock transfers and ERP system accuracy
  • Train teams on inventory best practices
Qualifications:
  • Experience in inventory management within retail or wholesale sectors
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience managing high SKU volumes and process improvements
