The organisation is well recognised global lifestyle brand known for high-quality, creatively designed products. We're looking for an Inventory Operations Lead to take ownership of stock accuracy, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly. You will be based in Head Office working closely with the 3PL warehouse, in house warehouse, sales and the finance team, reporting directly into the Head of Logistics.

Ensure accurate inventory across warehouses and systems
Lead cycle counts, audits, and investigate discrepancies
Streamline inventory workflows and improve controls
Analyse data, generate reports, and support cross-team collaboration
Manage intercompany stock transfers and ERP system accuracy
Train teams on inventory best practices
Inventory management experience in retail/wholesale
ERP and Excel/Power BI skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience managing high SKU volumes and improving processes
