Join us as aInventory Operations Associateto lead our end-to-end stock and inventory strategy and streamline purchasing processes that ensure patients receive timely and affordable access to medication. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in optimising inventory flow, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.

You will report directly to theFinancial Director, be part of a team of4 pharmacy dispersers team.

As a Inventory Operations Associate at Evaro, you will:
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery and prevent shortages or overstock
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers (11+)
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Track stock data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable deals
  • Maintain accurate inventory systems (digital tools and software)
  • Forecast demand and assess product expiry risks (1–3 years shelf life)
  • Conduct random audits to ensure physical stock matches the system records
  • Manage limited physical space efficiently through stock optimisation strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to adjust forecasts as needed to meet business goals.
About you:
  • Experience in inventory, stock control, or supply chain operations (ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or logistics)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Confidence working with digital inventory systems and learning new tools
  • Good communication and supplier coordination skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail
  • Advantage:Familiarity with tracking product expiry and managing stock in limited physical space
