Job Description:

We are recruiting for an Inventory Manager to join a luxury retail brand in their West London showroom. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role, particularly in retail and stock management.

As the Inventory Manager, you will oversee a dynamic showroom environment that changes weekly. You will work closely with the Account Manager and Showroom Manager, managing a team of two for weekly deliveries and inventory operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accepting deliveries and ensuring stock accuracy through regular inventories
  • Managing weekly stock positions, reconciliations, and aging
  • Conducting cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock, and misplaced items
  • Following up on stock loss reports and updating the account manager
  • Signing off Goods In and Dispatch slips
  • Organizing vans and scheduling stock deliveries
  • Checking stock quantities, descriptions, and prices upon receipt
  • Preparing orders for dispatch/delivery
  • Collaborating with the floor manager to improve sell-through rates and analyzing stock take results
  • Managing the RTV process and ensuring returned stock is correctly processed
  • Overseeing zoning, merchandising, and product replenishment

Who are you:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured and well-organized
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods

Please note, the working days for this role are Sunday to Wednesday, and the role involves physically demanding tasks.
