Job summary

Dawsongroup EMC is seeking a Parts Controller/Parts Advisor to keep our parts operation well-organised across multiple sites. You will balance stock levels, handle requests from engineers and workshops, and ensure accurate stock records and documentation.

The role focuses on reliability, efficiency and timely stock movements to support fleet maintenance. You will work with engineers, suppliers and the wider team to maintain inventory integrity, process invoices and organise returns while

Qualifications

• Organised stock management and daily documentation
• Strong communication with engineers, workshop and suppliers
• Attention to detail when checking invoices and stock records
• Familiarity with parts books or reference systems is helpful

Responsibilities

• Monitor and balance stock across Brighouse, Avonmouth and engineer van stocks
• Process parts requests from workshop and engineers within limits
• Receive, allocate and securely store parts, maintain stock records
• Process invoices, SD sheets, returns and warranty returns accurately
• Support stock checks, deliveries and supplier returns as needed
