A logistics company in South London is seeking a Stock Integrity and Security Manager to oversee stock accuracy, manage risks using data, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in stock control, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimise workflows. This full-time role includes competitive salary and benefits along with a car allowance. You will report to the site general manager as part of the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a stock control function in a comparable operational environment.
• Strong operational and process knowledge with the ability to optimise workflows.
• Proven track record in leading and directing investigations into stock loss and damages.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing security standards and ensuring clear communication and adherence across the site.

Responsibilities

• Manage risks to stock using data insights.
• Maintain exceptional stock accuracy and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory-related costs to remain within budget.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and supplier credit claims.
• Protect site assets by managing access control and security.
• Support regulatory compliance through audits and inspections.
• Provide leadership and development to the team.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities.
