Confidential in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to support inventory and logistics operations for a busy engineering business. The role focuses on SAP S/4 HANA inventory administration, stock control, reporting and data accuracy across multiple departments.

You will manage stock levels, perform ERP admin tasks, generate reports, investigate queries, and support stock counts with a view to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous SAP S/4 HANA Inventory experience is essential.
• Experience in inventory, stock control, logistics or supply chain administration.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
• Confident communicating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Available for an immediate start.

Responsabilités

Inventory Coordinator - SAP S/4 HANA

Nottingham £28,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata 3 Month Temporary Contract Immediate Start

Immediate requirement for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to support inventory and logistics operations for a busy engineering business in Nottingham.

This is a hands-on role focused on SAP S/4 HANA inventory administration, stock control, reporting and data accuracy, working across multiple departments to ensure inventory is available, accurate and managed efficiently.

The Role

• Manage inventory levels, replenishment and stock data across multiple locations
• Complete SAP S/4 HANA ERP administration, including inventory transactions, item master data, BOMs and production orders
• Produce inventory and shipping reports, analyse stock data and support invoicing processes
