Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Project Administrator to join the Nottingham PMO on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on construction project support and requires SAP S/4HANA expertise to drive day-to-day administration.

You will raise material and service demands in SAP S/4HANA, support purchasing, requisitions and invoice processes, manage approvals and workflows, and assist with project closeout and reporting while maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA experience is essential.
• Project Administration or Project Support experience.
• Experience supporting purchasing, requisitions or invoice processes.
• Strong IT and data management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to commute to Nottingham and start immediately.

SAP S/4HANA Experience Essential Hybrid Working Available After Initial 4 Weeks

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator with SAP S/4HANA experience to join a busy Project Team.

This is a varied project support role, working across materials, services, purchasing, requisitions, invoices, approvals and project closeout activities. You must be confident using SAP S/4HANA and able to support a fast-paced project environment.

Based in or close to Nottingham, with hybrid working available following the initial four weeks.

The Role:

• Support the Project Team with day-to-day administration
• Raise material and service demands within SAP S/4HANA
• Support purchasing and requisition processes
• Process invoices and support purchasing activities
• Manage approvals and workflows
• Support NCC and PCC amendments
• Assist with project closeout activities
• Maintain data quality and support reporting
• General project administration

The Person:

• SAP S/4HANA experience is essential
• Previous Project Administration or Project Support experience
• Experience supporting purchasing, requisitions or invoice processes
• Strong IT and data management skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to commute to Nottingham
• Available to interview and start immediately
