Job description

Location: Mill Farm Sports Village, Wesham

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

The Opportunity: Join our team at Mill Farm Sports Village, home to AFC Fylde, as a Food and Beverage Inventory Manager. Detail counts! We’re looking for an experienced individual with a head for numbers, strong analytical skills, and a good work ethic. You’ll interact with various stakeholders in the business, requiring excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Oversee and collate all food and beverage orders across multiple site outlets.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise Purchase Orders and ensure they are placed in line with company terms.
  • Delivery Checks: Check all deliveries to ensure both quality and quantity of goods are in line.
  • Stock Control: Implement and update stock levels for better control.
  • Inventory Management: Manage all stock takes.

Hours of Work: This is a full-time role, with up to 45 hours per week starting at 6am – 3pm Monday – Friday, except during football season Monday – Saturday (day off Wednesday).
