Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients, a respected independent estate agency, as an Inventory Clerk in Chelmsford.

Ideally, to be considered for the role of Inventory Clerk, our client is looking for someone with previous experience within Residential Lettings. However, they will also consider exceptional individuals with less experience if they possess excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via phone, as well as professionalism and confidence.

Working hours:

The Inventory Clerk will be required to work 5 days per week. Our client is also open to applicants seeking a 4-day workweek.

Our clients are offering the successful Inventory Clerk:

  • A basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Quarterly bonuses
  • Ongoing training & support

As an Inventory Clerk, you'll be required to:

  • Visit all managed properties to prepare initial inventory reports before tenants move in
  • Conduct mid-term inspections
  • Ensure tenants are caring for the managed properties throughout their tenancy
