Job description

Great opportunity to work as an Inventory Admin Specialist for our client - The largest pure-play contract logistics provider in the world, offering bespoke solutions for e-commerce, retail, and industrial customers.

Staffline is recruiting an Inventory Admin Specialist in Greenford.

The rate of pay is:
- Days GBP14.93 per hour
- Nights GBP16.42 per hour

This is a full-time role working any 5 out of 7 (always off on Saturdays, but working on Sundays).
Various shifts:

  1. 6am to 2pm
  2. 9am to 5pm
  3. 2pm to 10pm

Night shift also available - Monday to Friday 17:00 to 01:00.

Your Time at Work
As an Inventory Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  1. Processing the receipt into the warehouse of inbound loads.
  2. Processing outbound orders for picking and dispatching.
  3. Liaising day-to-day with suppliers.
  4. Ensuring that data and operational information is maintained on key business systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Ensuring all on-hold pallets are highlighted and dealt with in a timely fashion.
  6. Ensure the site Health & Safety policies are maintained and followed.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good English communication and maths skills. You will be computer literate.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
