Job summary

Consult is seeking an Intune Transformation Lead to drive enterprise endpoint management transformations from Sheffield. The role involves leading delivery across multi-workstream programmes, engaging executives, and migrating from legacy platforms to a modern Microsoft Intune-based ecosystem.

Hybrid role with three days in the office in Sheffield. Experience with large-scale deployments, regulated environments, and strong governance participation is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise endpoint management transformations in large organisations.
• Track record delivering global workplace transformation programmes with 20,000+ endpoints.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/MECM, Group Policy, imaging, third-party endpoint platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments (Banking/FS/Insurance/Government).
• Strong stakeholder management, presenting to executives and governance forums.
• Experience managing large-scale technology programmes with multiple workstreams.

Required Experience

• Significant experience leading enterprise endpoint management transformations within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record delivering global workplace transformation programmes involving 20,000+ endpoints.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience migrating from legacy management platforms such as:
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Group Policy
• Traditional imaging solutions
• Third-party endpoint management platforms
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Government.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and architecture governance forums.
• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology programmes with multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
