A leading IT consulting firm seeks an Intune SME to provide high-level support for Intune and MacOS issues. This role involves overseeing mobile device management and ensuring compliance with security standards. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Azure, and hold relevant certifications. The position requires flexibility for on-call duties and potential travel within the UK.
Intune SME to provide L3 support for Intune, MacOS related requests/issues
Key responsibilities
UK SC (Security Cleared) is Mandatory
Hands-on experience with Intune management (Mobile Devices and MacBook)
Uploading apps to Microsoft Intune and create app protection policy
Identify and deploy application updates through Microsoft Intune for Mobile Devices (Android, iOS and iPadOS)
Identify and deploy application updates through Microsoft Intune for MacBook
Vulnerability Remediation as per CE standard
Mobiles/Mac SRA remediation as per recommendation from Security
Managing and assigning users to applications for Mobile Devices and Macbook
Significant experience of Mac Operating System (macOS Ventura, macOS Monterey and macOS Big Sur)
Application Packaging and Deployment for MacBook (macOS Ventura, macOS Monterey and macOS Big Sur)
Intune App Protection and Conditional Access
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment, Azure AD
Experience of PowerShell for Intune
Understanding of Active Directory & Active Directory Federation Services
Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certifications in Intune, Agile are an advantage
MCP / MCTS/ MCSA/MCSE or MCITP in would be added advantage.
ITIL Processes - Change, Incident and Problem management
Experience in handling Escalated issues including coordination with multiple teams and vendor
Preparing the incident report / root cause analysis reports
Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness
Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply.
Good Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
Excellent documentation skills for user training and technical documents
Provide "on-call" support after business hours and during weekends.
Traveling to other Client Site and TCS Site as per Project requirement (within UK)
Should be flexible with Multiple Shifts as and when required.
Should be ready to work in shifts and out of hours (based on project requirement)
Adhering to SLAs
Handling severity incident, availability for on-call (on ROTA basis)
Key Skills/Knowledge:
o Azure Active Directory administration
o Conditional Access Policy (CA)
Auto enrolment configuration of Mobile Devices(Android, iOS and iPadOS) and MacBook (macOS Ventura, macOS Monterey and macOS Big Sur)
Strong experience with Mobile Device Management through Intune
Strong experience in managing and supporting Android and iOS, MacBook through Intune
Extensive experience of working in an end user computing team
Create, edit or delete Azure Active Directory (AAD)user/Device groups.
Administer and Configure applications for enterprise mobile users
In-depth knowledge and experience in enterprise class O365 and Intune management
Good understanding and working experience in Agile Way of Working (DevOps Based Model)
Experience of delivering Cloud based solutions across a large enterprise
Experience required:
Creation of provisioning profiles, configurations & security profiles and deployment to managed client devices.
Should be well versed with Agile (JIRA Tool, Creating Stories) and DevOps
Expertise in troubleshooting issues reported by the end user for Mobile Devices(Android, iOS and iPadOS) and MacBook (macOS Ventura, macOS Monterey and macOS Big Sur).
These issues could be software related, such as identifying malware, or can be related to malfunctioning hardware. This requires an extensive knowledge of popular MDM and Mac operating systems and software.
Deployment of OS upgrades and application along with MDM, MAM, MCM policies
Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution presently in place while making suggestions and adjustments to future needs.
Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for Mobile/Mac applications.
Application onboarding, provisioning & deployment via Intune platform. Good knowledge on application packaging for MacOS and MSI technologies
Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologies. Deliver all services following ITIL methodology for Service Creation
Android/iOS/iPadOS/MacOS policy (security, compliance, device, endpoint, connectivity etc) creation, deployment and testing on Intune (required) and Blackberry UEM (preferred but not required)
Android/iOS/iPadOS/MacOS app packaging, deployment and testing on Intune (required) and Blackberry UEM (preferred but not required)
