SEEKING SKILLED SECURITY ENGINEER TO JOIN ESTABLISHED INTRUDER ALARM SPECIALISTS

TITLE: Intruder Alarm Security Engineer - CCTV and Access Control

SALARY: CIRCA £30-40k DOE. Company Van and Holiday and pension scheme

LOCATION: Birmingham / Coventry Area

ROLE: This role is ideal for an experienced Security Engineer with a strong focus on servicing and maintaining Intruder Alarms, along with wider security systems including CCTV and Access Control. You’ll be expected to work across multiple sites in and around Northampton. Previous experience with brands like Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom, and Scantronic is highly desirable.

A solid understanding of the security industry and a proactive approach to mobile servicing work are key to success in this position.

EXPERIENCE: As an experienced Security Engineer, you’ll bring hands-on expertise in Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control servicing and maintenance. A good eye for wiring, paired with a solid foundation in electronic systems, is crucial. Familiarity with key systems from Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom, and Scantronic is highly advantageous, and holding industry-recognised qualifications will further support your success in the role. Additional certifications such as FIA, BTEC, NVQ Level 2/3 in Electronic Security, or accreditations from NSI or SSAIB are highly desirable.

A full UK Driving Licence is required, as this is a mobile position involving travel to multiple locations.
