Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Logistics Planner to design and implement modern intralogistics concepts across multiple UK sites, including Corby, Hams Hall, Kings Norton and East Midlands Gateway. You will drive automation, data analytics and sustainable warehouse concepts, collaborating with teams across Europe to deliver measurable value for customers.

With a degree in logistics and at least three years of experience, you will plan material flows, layouts and workflows, and manage projects from planning

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics Management or a comparable qualification with a strong logistics focus.
• At least three years of experience in logistics and material flow planning, intralogistics automation, and/or the implementation of greenfield, brownfield, or optimisation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan modern warehouse and logistics solutions, from manual to highly automated operations, with a focus on efficiency, scalability and customer value.
• Plan material flows, storage strategies and warehouse layouts using data analysis and simulation/visualization tools to support decisions.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external customers, analysing requirements and presenting tailored solutions that improve processes and create measurable value.
• Support the implementation of concepts at logistics sites, assist supplier selection, coordinate project workstreams and monitor budgets, timelines and productivity targets.
• Collaborate in an international team of logistics planners and industrial engineers to continuously develop logistics standards.
