Location: Oxted, Surrey

Salary: £90 – £100 per day

Hours: 8:30 – 3:15 (Full-time)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have the dedication and skills to support their educational journey? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join this dynamic team at a mainstream Secondary School in Oxted.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
* Work closely with classroom teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young adults with SEN.
* A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
