Location: HMP Dovegate, Uttoxeter
Salary: £26,444 per annum + Serco benefits
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Make a meaningful impact where it matters most. HMP Dovegate is a Category B male prison located on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border near Uttoxeter. With an operational capacity of 1,100 prisoners, it requires a committed, compassionate, and skilled team to maintain a safe and rehabilitative environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated Interventions Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with men at high risk of reoffending, delivering accredited psychological intervention programmes in a structured, professional setting.
Full training will be provided.
