Keys Education is seeking an Interventions Assistant to work in a small independent school for KS2/KS3 students with SEND and EHCPs. The role focuses on delivering tailored 1:1 interventions, supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs, and assisting teachers in delivering education and care to pupils with complex needs.

To work directly in the classroom to deliver tailored 1:1 interventions and targeted support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
By expertly implementing bespoke strategies, you will remove barriers to learning, foster independence, and ensure every child is empowered to make meaningful academic and personal progress. In addition, you will assist teachers in delivering education and care to pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
