Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Interventional Radiology (DSA) Suite. The role involves scrub and circulating duties, and care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages for IR and cardiology procedures.

A comprehensive training programme supports development within this dynamic service. You will be part of a small team within Radiology, working towards extended hours as NHS plans progress, and eventually

Qualifications

Recent experience in an acute hospital clinical setting.
Experience in interventional radiology or cardiology or similar acute care setting.
NMC registration and current professional issues knowledge.
Immediate Life Support (ILS) credentialing.

Responsibilities

Learn scrub and circulating nurse roles in interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care for IR/DSA cases.
Be available for on-call rota including nights and weekends.
