Job summary

Academics is seeking two Primary School Intervention Teaching Assistants to support KS1 and KS2 pupils in a friendly school in Woking. The role starts ASAP for September/October 2026 and runs long term until July 2027, with a full-time schedule from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups, supporting inclusion and attainment across the primary curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary aged children in 1:1 and small-group interventions.
• Experience with pupils with SEN and boosting attainment.
• Availability for September/October 2026 start.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the inclusion team and class teachers both in and out of the classroom.
• Lead interventions to a caseload of pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Support Speech & Language carry over sessions, Maths, Reading and Writing interventions.
