Do you enjoy focused teaching where you can see measurable impact? This Enfield school is seeking an intervention teacher to deliver targeted support across KS1 and KS2.

This is a highly rewarding role, working with small groups and individual pupils to close learning gaps and boost confidence in literacy and numeracy.

Your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering small group interventions in English and maths

  • Adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and styles

  • Monitoring and recording pupil progress to inform next steps

  • Working collaboratively with class teachers, SLT, and parents to maximise impact

  • Supporting pupils’ confidence, engagement, and resilience
