This is a highly rewarding role, working with small groups and individual pupils to close learning gaps and boost confidence in literacy and numeracy.
Your role will include:
Planning and delivering small group interventions in English and maths
Adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and styles
Monitoring and recording pupil progress to inform next steps
Working collaboratively with class teachers, SLT, and parents to maximise impact
Supporting pupils’ confidence, engagement, and resilience

What we’re looking for:
QTS with primary teaching experience in KS1 and/or KS2
