We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time Intervention and Support Practitioner (LSA) to join our team.

As an Intervention Support Practitioner, you will support pupils in reaching their full potential, academically and behaviorally. Working closely with teachers, the Head of Learning Support, and the wider team, you will deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions, provide pastoral care, and assist in planning and monitoring support strategies. Your role includes maintaining accurate records, contributing to displays, supervising break and lunch duties, and participating in school events and CPD. Your calm, compassionate presence will help foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes pupil wellbeing, confidence, and success.

You are motivated, flexible, and empathetic, with a passion for supporting children's development. You possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, experience working with children, especially those with additional needs, and can build professional, warm relationships.
