A local education provider in Kingswinford is seeking a dedicated Inclusion and Intervention Admin Assistant to support their Inclusion Team. The role involves managing essential documentation for educational plans, fostering an inclusive environment, and providing administrative assistance. We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and hardworking Inclusion and Intervention Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Inclusion Team. This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of the educational environment, particularly in the realm of Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential paperwork linked to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Personal Education Plans (PEPs).
A comprehensive knowledge of these processes is crucial to ensure compliance and support for our pupils. Additionally, a high level of proficiency in English, Mathematics, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is essential for this role, as these skills are fundamental to effective communication and documentation. Experience working with SEN pupils within an educational setting is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an empathetic approach and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
