Job summary

Mundipharma seeks an International Tax Lead in London to support the Senior Director, Global Tax, in delivering Mundipharma’s international tax and transfer pricing strategy. You will advise on cross-border tax matters, risk management, and compliance while partnering with finance, legal and commercial teams.

You will lead tax workstreams on M&A, restructurings, and complex projects, managing stakeholder relationships across the business and translating technical tax issues into clear commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Tax, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ICAEW, ICAS, CIOT, or equivalent.
• Demonstrable progressive international tax experience in a multinational or Big Four environment.
• Strong understanding of international tax and transfer pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax and transfer pricing workstreams across the Mundipharma network.
• Provide tax structuring advice for M&A transactions and restructurings.
• Support tax audits, disputes, and tax controversy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to deliver tax-efficient outcomes.
• Translate complex tax issues into practical business recommendations.
