International Recruitment Support Officer

Full time- 37 hours per week/ Fixed term for 12 months

Based at City Campus

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills to join the International Development Office at NTU in the role of International Recruitment Support Officer.

You’ll play an important role in coordinating the recruitment and administration of sponsored international students during their time at NTU, with a particular focus on, but not limited to, the Middle East and North America region. You'll be a key point of contact for high-value stakeholders, partners and other departments across the University, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sector-leading level of customer service and exploring opportunities for continued growth in this student recruitment pipeline.

Behind the scenes, you’ll help keep our processes running smoothly by maintaining accurate student records, creating frequent reports for sponsors and processing results to important deadlines. You’ll work closely with colleagues across NTU, so you’ll need to be organised, approachable and comfortable managing different priorities.

In addition to the key sponsor liaison work, you'll support our international student recruitment throughout the cycle through a varied range of activities, including international Clearing, assessment of overseas qualifications, campus tours and other recruitment initiatives.

If you enjoy working with students and partners of different cultures, providing excellent service and having a role where no two days are quite the same, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference to NTU's international student body.

For more details, please take a look at the role profile. We'll still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.

Special Requirements
  • Potential opportunity for occasional overseas travel to support international student recruitment activities.
  • Occasional weekend working to support open events, enrolment periods, and student intakes.

Interview Date: 25th & 26th November 2026
